Full-time and part-time schedules available. We’re happy to build the right role for the right clinician.
• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Montana (or ability to obtain)
• Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
• CCC-SLP preferred; CF candidates welcome
• Pediatric experience preferred; strong mentorship available
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to complete)
• Passion for relationship-based, child-led therapy
Bonus (not required): Training in DIR/Floortime, SOS Feeding, AAC, or other pediatric specialties
• Conduct comprehensive pediatric speech-language evaluations
• Diagnose and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, feeding, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide engaging, play-based therapy in clinic and via teletherapy
• Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, medical providers, and interdisciplinary teammates
• Complete documentation clearly and efficiently
• Participate in team meetings and clinic collaboration
