We are looking for our next great leader to fill the position of Medical Back Office Coordinator.
The Position
The Medical Back Office Coordinator works in our central office, supporting our clinics as they serve our patients. Our Central team is remote and not patient-facing.
Responsibilities include:
- Prior authorizations
- Referrals
- Insurance verifications
- General administrative responsibilities
- Troubleshooting
- Maintaining relationships with other clinics, providers, and medical agencies
Qualifications
Candidates must show a high attention to detail, and have an friendly personality. Medical office experience is not required but is a plus, and must be comfortable learning new computer programs.

Estimated salary range is $40,000 - $45,000.
Hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST.
This is a fully remote position. Applicants must live in the United States.
