THERAPITAS is a growing pediatric outpatient practice seeking a motivated and energetic OTR to join our multi-disciplinary team. We pride ourselves on offering dedicated and compassionate therapy services to the Latino population and families across Oklahoma.

The ideal candidate for this full-time position is someone who works well as a team in collaboration to provide the best pediatric therapy experience for our patients and their families. Position could be for evaluations only, one day a week and there is the option to say with Therapitas part or full time after initial coverage.

Required Qualifications:

• Masters level or higher degree in Occupational Therapy
• Oklahoma State License: OTR/L 
• Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
• Experience with and/or knowledge of the pediatric population
• THE ABILITY TO SPEAK SPANISH IS NOT REQUIRED

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations, create and follow plan of care for patients
• Perform documentation of services, meeting clinical expectations and payer regulations
• Supervise occupational therapy assistants 

Mentorship Program:

• On-site mentorship by therapists with 5+ years of experience
• Collaboration with 3 clinics of OT professionals
• In-session assistance and guidance
• Case reviews with OT team
• Case reviews with Mentor
• Guidance and assistance with documentation
• Assistance with finding CEU to grow your knowledge
