Kidzoola Therapy Center is seeking a full-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our beautiful, collaborative, therapist-owned clinic in Missoula, Montana.

Who We’re Looking For
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in Montana (or ability to obtain)
- Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
- Pediatric experience preferred; new grads welcome
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to complete within 90 days)
- Passion for relationship-based, child-led therapy
- Bonus (not required): training in DIR/Floortime, SOS Feeding, or other pediatric specialties
What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive pediatric OT evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide engaging, play-based therapy in clinic and via teletherapy
- Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and interdisciplinary teammates
- Complete documentation clearly and promptly (daily notes, evaluations, progress notes)
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinic culture
- Engage in ongoing professional development
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
