At Mini Miracles, we’re looking for a Clinical Director to guide our multidisciplinary team with compassion, creativity, and excellence. This role is an opportunity to step into leadership while staying connected to your clinical roots—shaping programs, mentoring therapists, and ensuring families receive outstanding care.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
• Passion for working with children and families
• Relational, collaborative, and adaptable
• Comfortable leading and mentoring others
• Solid clinical, computer and organizational skills

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support therapists and front desk staff with patience, positivity, and humility
• Foster collaboration across our leadership team (CEO, COO, CTO, Directors, and department leads)
• Build trusting relationships—clinicians and families will know you have their best interests at heart
• Drive program innovation and professional growth through mentorship and creativity
